Cancellations and Reschedules

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. Repeated cancellations without 24 hours’ notice or any no-shows may result in denial of any future service or a requirement of a nonrefundable deposit for future appointment bookings at the provider’s sole discretion. In the case of repeated rescheduling, three consecutive reschedules will be considered a de facto cancellation and will require rebooking and possible discussion with the provider. Two consecutive cancellations without a completed appointment may result in a requirement of a nonrefundable deposit for future appointment bookings at the provider’s sole discretion.

Refunds and Credits

For the purposes of this section, a “refund” means the return of any funds paid to Rainbow Body for services less any transaction fees incurred for processing a particular payment method.

For bookings made in advance, a refund may be obtained on request for a cancellation with at least 24 hours notice; in the absence of a refund request, credit will be provided toward a future session. Refunds or credits may also be made for cancellations with at least 4 hours’ notice; the decision of whether to issue a refund or credit is at the sole discretion of the provider. Rainbow Body will issue credit for cancellations made within 4 hours in exceptional circumstances only; refunds will not be made. In any case in which the cancellation is initiated by Rainbow Body for reasons other than termination of the client relationship, a refund will be made in full regardless of the time period.

Deposits

All outcalls and travel sessions (i.e., sessions that take place outside of the Rainbow Body studio) are subject to a deposit that will be refunded for any cancellation with at least 24 hours notice, and at our discretion for cancellations with at least 4 hours notice. The amount of a deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of the session providing that the session occurs within 6 months of the deposit payment; after 6 months, the deposit will be considered forfeit and a new one may be required.

Discretion, Consent, and Best Effort

All payments for services are for time and expertise only. While we will do our best to provide accurate descriptions of what will take place in a session, these descriptions should be considered general in nature and will be provided on a best effort basis; at all times the provider retains the right to alter the offering and add or remove elements, both to maintain their own consent boundaries and to take actions that they deem in their professional option to be in the best interest of the client experience. Likewise, the client retains at all times the right to withdraw consent for any individual action or the session as a whole.

Health and Wellness

The client understands that massage and tantra coaching are not a substitute for medical treatment, medications, or therapy, and that it is recommended that the client concurrently works with appropriate medical and therapeutic personnel for any physical or mental condition the client may have. The client is aware that Rainbow Body does not diagnose or treat illness or disease (including psychological or psychiatric conditions), does not prescribe medications, and does not provide massage therapy or psychotherapy. The client agrees that it is their responsibility to provide their provider with any known physical conditions, medical conditions, or medications, and to keep their provider updated on any changes.

Non-Enforcement

The decision by Rainbow Body to decline to enforce any provision of this agreement in any particular scenario should not be construed as a waiver of any provision thereof, or any decision to waive the provision in the future. All applicable provisions of this agreement should have the expectation of enforcement for every session, regardless of prior enforcement or waiver, and regardless of any regular relationship between the parties.
