Dive Into Bliss:
Massage and Touch Sessions

You've heard people talk about tantra, but what actually is it? While the full answer to that question could fill volumes (Chögyam Trungpa wrote 2200 pages on the subject across 3 books), the short answer is that tantra is a series of methods of using pleasure as an object of meditation. In tantric touch, we open ourselves up to direct experience of our senses, letting go of our conceptual way of thinking; the result is more pleasure, more connection, and more insight into our internal states. With some practice, this mindfulness of body can allow us to achieve states of bliss and ecstasy beyond anything we've experienced before, including the multi-orgasmic state you may have heard about. In order to achieve these experiences, though, you must be willing and able to set aside your ordinary perceptions, to observe your thoughts and emotions, and to let go of the busy mind. I am like a sherpa through the mountains of your experience— I can lead the way on the fastest route, but you must walk the trail yourself. You must commit to the experiment of interacting with yourself and the world in a different way to the best of your ability— if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always gotten.

Please spend some time reflecting on your intention for the session, and be prepared to share it at the beginning of your session. While every person is different and your intentions should be your own, some intentions that others have shared previously are:

- Quieting down my busy mind

- Reconnecting with my body/erotic energy

- Exploring my relationship with intimacy

- Gaining a greater understanding of myself/my body
